What is a Virtual Assistant?

A virtual assistant is a freelance service provider who can assist with any of your business’ administrative tasks. Whether you require one-off support or ad hoc assistance, a virtual assistant can free up your time by taking care of the administrative tasks that you simply don’t have time to deal with.

Do I have to sign up for a set amount of time to use your services?

Absolutely not! You can work with me for as little or as long as you like.


What will it cost?

If you are a new client, please call me on 07889 552462 or email me at lizzie@busylizziepa.co.uk so that we can discuss the job and I can provide a quotation and estimated completion time.

  • Virtual PA services start at a standard rate of £25 per hour, in increments of 15 minutes. Packages are available for ongoing support.
  • Social media support services are available from £45 per month.
  • Copywriting services are charged on a per project basis.

How do we arrange payment and what are your payment terms?

I accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal. All invoices are due for payment 14 days after their date of issue.


What hours do you work?

Unlike other virtual assistants, I don’t work the usual Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. I understand that your business needs are fluid and I don’t charge any extra for working evenings or weekend. Simply let me know your requirements and timescales, and I will always do my utmost to fit your workload into my schedule.


How do we share information?

It’s completely up to you how you would like to share your information. You can provide details of work tasks by email, phone, or file sharing apps, such as Dropbox or Google Drive.


Is my information confidential?

Absolutely! All work and communications are treated with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. I am fully registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and I work in line with the Data Protection Act. If you require, I am more than happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
